  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, BITY Mold Supply only has options on its website to ship merchandise to the the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, and a select number of countries worldwide. Please contact through email above, or send a message from our contact page for fast assistance, or check out the list of countries in the International section of the Terms & Conditions Page.

    BITY Mold Supply ships merchandise daily via UPS (United Parcel Service) and most days using USPS (United States Postal Service). Priority Mail orders must be received before 9am for them to be shipped the same day. 

    If you have a UPS account and would like BITY Mold Supply to ship via your account please note that in your order, on the additional notes section.  A handling charge may still be added to your order.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

    If a package is damaged either refuse to accept it or contact UPS right away before opening the package and then contact BITY Mold Supply.  If a product is damaged please take a picture immediately of the product and package and email it to BITY Mold Supply and call to let us know.

    Certain products, such as Areosols are not available to be shipped via USPS, and are unavailable to be shipped via Next Day or 3 Day Select via UPS so those products will be automatically shipped via UPS ground regardless of the method you choose. Shipping may be changed to reflect this with out notice.

    Some products maybe drop shipped.



  • International

  • Items shipped to countries outside of the U.S. may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country ("Import Fees"). The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees. If you refuse to pay the Import Fees, BITY Mold Supply will NOT reimburse you for the cost of goods sold.

    Internatioal orders should be paid for via Paypal. We reserve the right to cancel any international order that is not paid for via PayPal.

  • BITY Mold Supply charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location to which the order is being shipped.

    Government offices, schools and businesses that are tax excempt will be charged taxes online if applicable.
