PolyFoam R-8 is a castable rigid polyurethane foam demoldable in 10-15 minutes, this easy-to-use 1:1 mix (by weight or volume, however by weight is always better) rigid foam can be cast in closed molds packed to a density of 12 to 20 pounds per cubic foot to produce parts replicating wood, terra-cotta, stone or many other materials.
Generally PolyFoam products are usually poured into TinSil or PlatSil silicone molds.
May be pigmented with PolyColor (See Urethane Additives).

Rise Time: 2 Minutes
Demold: 10-15 Minutes
